There are a number of routes to the Hosting Control Panel.
The recommended route is via the link on the tabs along the top of the support portal at http://support.mydigitalmedia.co.uk. By using this method, should the control panel move in the future you will continue to reach it without having to change any favourites.
You can also access the control panel directly by entering the address into your address bar: http://cp.mydigitalmedia.co.uk.
If you have forgotten or lost your password, you should use the built-in 'Forgot your password' facility prior to contacting the support team as this will immediately begin the process of recovering your account.
