The following settings must be used to send/receive e-mail when using hosting provided by MyDigitalMedia:
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.mydigitalmedia.co.uk
Incoming mail server (IMAP): mail.mydigitalmedia.co.uk
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.mydigitalmedia.co.uk (see note below)
Note: Outgoing mail server requires authentication to protect the server from misuse by other 3rd parties. To configure this setting within Microsoft Outlook, you must click the 'More Settings' button, then click 'Outgoing Mail Server' tab and finally check 'My outgoing mail server requires authentication'. Leave credentials as 'same as my incoming mail server'. Click OK, to close more settings and continue e-mail configuration.
