You can connect to your web hosting using any FTP client, however we can recommend FileZilla available for free from here:

When connecting to your web hosting via FTP, you will first have to setup an FTP username and password. This can be done via the Hosting Control Panel here:
Once your username and password has been setup, you can connect using the following settings:
hostname: yourdomain.com
port: 21
username: your-username
password: your-password
If for any reason this fails, it is suggested that you try to substitute the hostname for "ftp.mydigitalmedia.co.uk" (without quotes) prior to contacting support, as in most cases an FTP connection is unavailable because DNS changes for your domain name haven't yet propagated around the world-wide-web.
